http://www.ticketcombat.com start reading Fight each and every ticket. Let the system prove that everything was working as it should when you received the ticket. If not, its not a valid ticket. The prosecutor will just pressure you take a reduced plea, and a conviction is conviction in the eyes of insurance.

Like fuck they don't.

When was the last time you got a quote and they asked how many points you have?
When was the last time you got your renewal papers and it listed how many points you have?

If that's the case then there's really no way of not getting a conviction, in my case that is.

Ask for a discloser, that's the first step as I recall. Never say never. GL

You wanna see my insurance papers? Demerit points absolutely make a difference, I've got 2 points coming off in about a month and my insurance is going to drop because of it. All of my infractions were listed on my renewal (Intact)

100% without a doubt points mean nothing to insurance. Convictions do.
If you get a moving violation ticket (not parking) it effects insurance even with 0 demerit points and fined $1.
They do list the infractions and if your tickets are coming off it's the reason for drop.

You are confusing convitions with demerit points. Insurance cares about convictions which stay on your insurance record for 3 years. Points drop after 2.
Why couldn't your bro-inlaw fix those tickets for you

Those tickets weren't given out in York or he would have

Sure. And I'll bet you a lap dance at the club of your choice that there's no mention of your demerit points on those papers.

Even if I'm wrong, I think we both win

If you need a guy that will actually get you off and not a reduced ticket, I highly recommend Todd at Mavericks legal services. This guy was the actual paralegal from Redline that did all the work and got them on the map. For some reason everyone knows the other guy Forch but he's not even a paralegal lol, he was just the customer service guy.
