I use a Domke F2 because it's a shoulder bag but has a strap that clips on the back so it can be used as a backpack too.

I have this to keep all my gear: http://store.lowepro.com/backpacks/dslr-video-fastpack-250-aw# I really like it because is spacious, it will fit a probody. It fits my D7000 w a grip.
Also have a smaller bagpack for smaller trips. Cant recall name right now.
