http://om1kronswole.blogspot.com/2014/09/week-15-my-final-week-with-strength.html Hmm.. Your broscience seems faulty.
Lots of powerlifters follow carb backloading, I was just doing it to avoid eating carbs throughout the day. I could drink gatoraids instead of eating a bag of candy. It's not like it was snickers they all were the same deal, just simple sugars carbohydrates, sucrose. I could get away with eating a fuckton of pineapples too. They're just more expensive.
Why eat bags of candy? You're probably eating too much carbs and sugar. That slice of pie is "1 slice," but I bet there's 600 calories in that motherfucker. You can eat a whole meal and be full for that single slice.
I eat 60g fat, 150g carbs, and 250g of protein. How am I eating too many carbs?
I know it's good and I'd eat it, but if you're weight isnt going down, there's probably a reason.
I don't do cardio. That's a last resort since it will take away from energy required to perform the session. Art can make all of the jabs he wants, since june I've added 30lbs to my squat, 30-50lbs to my deadlift, and 30lbs to my bench. While maintaining an average bodyweight of 202lbs.
I'm not shredded by any means nor is that the point. But strength is going up and that's really all I care about.

Lots of powerlifters follow carb backloading, Looked up Carb Backloading.. sounds too complicated.. http://www.cutandjacked.com/Guide-Carb-Back-Loading I'd probably end up getting fatter doing that.. lol no discipline
I eat 60g fat, 150g carbs, and 250g of protein. How am I eating too many carbs? Dunno if that's too much carbs, but isnt that like that something like 2600 calories? Might be a bit high for weight loss, no?

You could have probably done all that without the spreadsheets and special eating techniques. Probably could make more gains actually.

Regarding the comment about your coach and "finding a middle ground"....
I'm assuming you are shelling out a decent amount of cash for this coaching, correct?
25 a week. not too bad really.
Why not go with what he says? Does his guidance fall in line with what you're currently doing regarding diet?
Yes, it falls in line. meal timing for the most part everyone has agreed really is irrelevant... I eat most of all the proteins and fats during the day, minimal carbs and try to just load the carbs up at my allotted amount nightly so they're available the next day glycogen wise. Logically that makes sense but don't want to get all bro sciency and technical. I eat what I'm supposed to, period.
It is possible diet, lift heavy, lean out, and make strength gains. Also, I'm not talking about going full on kale/chicken, but we all know you still eat shitty foods...often.
Worst I've done as of late was korean bbq last night, I couldn't tell you the last time I had a cupcake or poptart, hell even cereal.
I know you give zero fucks about fat gain, I'm just curious and trying to figure out your logic.
Right now I'm just doing what I'm told and trying to make the most out of it.

I've pretty much been eating the same thing for the last three weeks...
americano in the morning with splenda, dash of half n half 60g protein isolate roughly 55g protein bsn syntha 6 2 scoops, 16oz of fat free milk - 14g fat / 50cho / 60g protein rice cakes, normally one package in the pm - fast acting carb instead of bags of candy ramen for sodium little bit of carbs 10oz of chicken thighs 4-7oz of sweet potato home made marinade 6oz of troll caught tuna, some light mayo, relish, spicy mustard, hard boiled egg mixed baby green leafs with a 1/2 tsp of light olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette
Today I had the starbucks pastry which eliminated the rice cakes and ramen from the picture...
Instead of the shakes sometimes I will just make a fat 16oz top sirloin steak. which is normally around 18g of fat 0 carbs 100ish grams of protein. Really just depends on schedule, no cronuts, donuts, blah blah blah.

Wayne, try this combo.
Haribo "golden bears" and hershey's chocolate bar (or kisses) just get the proper ratio of gummy bear to chocolate in each mouthful.
you can try a combo or 2+2 inches soft or 4+4 inches hard of cock.

You're thin, he's strong.
He could get to your level before you could get to his. His strength progress is way ahead of your "thinness" actually.

And yes, he's strong. Strength is only relative to the person and their % VS their bodyweight...not to Art's size.
He's what...195-200lbs? EXRX standards basically have his deads and squat @ advanced and his bench/OHP @ the top end of intermediate (based on the pic he posted earlier). You're what...225? That puts your EXRX deads and squats @ over 480 & 410 respectively and your bench @ 305 (this I'm sure you beat). Even if you can beat those deads/squats numbers...I srsly doubt you're crushing them. Even so...he's been at this probably a 1/3 of the time that you have. You've never come from fat to strong.

Point is...you're NOT in the elite column. So you're looking down on a guy that really fits within the same columns as you do. And he did it without the genetic advantage that you did it with.
Not sure why you keep hating....over and over and on and on......The dude has progressed in strength nicely and has said for years that getting shredded isn't his goal.

I've seen recent pics. You're not in elite. Not even close. You're simply genetically large and you lift.
Based on the pics you posted I actually wondered if you lifted anymore.

Such napoleon complexities It's actually you with the complex. You always want people to bow down to your strength/size. Bottom line is you're not very impressive at all to anyone. You're just big/tall and cut. You obviously lift and you obviously have genetics on your side.
All you do is hate on everyone else, criticize and yet never actually share or prove anything about yourself. Only thing we know about you is you can't even operate a phone camera, lol all blurry pics.
Would you put your money where you mouth is? Would share your lifts and proof that you're not full of shit with the numbers? Or are you just going to hate on everyone that doesn't do it your way, drinking heavily all week while telling us all to eat clean?
