Keep trying to make this about me.

You cannot lift those lifts.

You're just an advanced level strength guy like 137 and myself.

You're a clown. You bag on him for his diet and all you brag about is your alcoholic life. Because your genes pass the calories and his doesn't.

Probably...but you're always going to measure overall...and no, I'm not as far as that goes. LB for LB I submit that you're as average as the rest of us until otherwise proven. Weight classes are relevant.

Its within your power to shut me up.

Or its not.

Your move.

Of course you could just deflect like you have been.

Me too, now it's just bizarre. I envy those with a home gym.

Our facility is pretty good

I have a cheap setup at home but the problem is my basement ceiling is to low to do squats down there. And I only have like 300 pounds maybe. I need to set up my garage.

You need like 7.5' for a rack, maybe less for a smaller topless rack. And for OHP you'd need 8' easy, of course you could do seated. I guess 7.5' is too much to ask for a basement?

But to NEVER have to wait, travel or wear earphones? Grunt all you want!! Try heavy weights without worrying about the embarrassment of failing? \:D

I TRIED 305 squat yesterday...only made it about 10% back up and then bam. Amazing how 5lbs can tip the scale.

I can't wait for the day I have a home gym. Until then I'll continue to go to the gym at ~5:25 am before work. Maybe 10 people in the entire place and I'd say 6-7 of them are doing cardio. It's early, yes, but no waiting, no douchebags, so it's all good.

I'd think you could manage with that. You'd have to have a topless rack and do seated OHP...no? I'd think you could still have a pullup bar too.

Well I mean I can't do squats and I hate doing pull-ups with a low ceiling.

I have a big detached garage though, I could set that up. Then I could film myself all day for your enjoyment

I film myself for form reasons on the heaviest lifts. It's been helpful.
