Alright intelligent minds of CSi, looking for any tips/pointers on my squat form. Physically feels pretty good and I'm squatting more than ever before (245 for 3, still weak, I know) but I want to make sure before I go too far I'm not putting myself at excessive risk for injury.
Only thing I'd say from that angle is that you are not keeping the weight on your heals. You can clearly see a good bit of light between your heal and the ground once you hit depth. Try to sit back just a tad bit more. The 'break at the hips not the knees' queue isn't quite as drastic in a high bar squat but does still apply.

harder to sit back in shoes without a heel, I think the lift looked perfectly fine given the shoes you were lifting in. everything looked solid otherwise dude.
