We usually have one of these threads around this time of year. So I guess I'll start. - Run the marathon in under 4 hours, injury free - Complete an Olympic Tri - Work in some additional upper body strength training
Pretty low key for me next year. How about y'all?

Finally get down to 215-220lbs. Then hit 225 for 3 reps and squat/deadlift 405lbs.

Debating on cutting and doing some significantly more hardcore training to get my speed up on the bike. It's a double edged sword, if I drop to 185lbs i will be a beast on the bike, but my lifts and everything else will suffer. When I got down to 195ish this summer, I was noticeably "weaker"

2500 miles on the bike while maintaining end of winter strength level. Carry that into next winter when bulking will start back up and go from there

-5:40 mile -Sub 20 minute 5k -Deadlift 525# -Front squat 335# -Overhead Squat 275# -Row 300,000 meters -Get nutrition dialed in
How is the rowing distance measured? Do you just go by the length of the rope or is it the distance the spinning wheel travels so your power is rewarded?

It's measured by stroke length. The rower keeps a tally.

Jeez--this year has been hard to top. My best year evAr.
Run more--and not get injured
Work on the abs more--although I'll be 43 in May, so that might be out of the question at this point
Throw down some better TT times this summer
Come closer to a 6 hour century this summer
Just committed to my first cyclocross race on 1/11. Hopefully we don't get buried in snow before then.

I've decided to go for 10 half marathons this year. I also want to run and bike 100 miles each month. I may try out a triathlon this year, though I don't have a "real" road bike and also don't swim, lol.

National qualifying times in 50,100 free, hopefully A standard. Outside shot at 100 breast and 100 IM. Made the 50 only heh /shocker
Olympic tri sub 2:45 (should be easy)--2015 will be the first time at this distance since college.
Nailed it by 2 minutes and change when I was sick as fuck :p
Hoping to have the speed to go around 22:00 on the 1500m swim leg (I'll get a pool time to verify this is a big thing for me as I've avoided anything over a 200 unless I was being punished for something )
23:25 LCM when my lap counter no-showed. Close enough for having no idea what lap I was on. Ok maybe not
Swim the golden gate instead of Alcatraz this year

Half marathon sub 2h in SF (hilly, should be a bitch, I am slow and new to running and the bridge backs up)
missed it by 40s. Got a normal long slow run of 1:53 thou at the end of the year with some vert, I got a lot faster.
Thinking about a half iron on a flat course.
Didn't do it. Doing wildflower 70.3 in 2016 tho (sub 6:00 is my grabass guesstimate)
Should do a century in 2015 and maybe a marathon or at least a long training run >20 miles Drop 8# of fat to hit <15% bodyfat

Let's see--did a decent amount of running, but took some time off from it over the summer. Didn't get hurt, though.
Core is the same.
TT didn't run this summer--different club who couldn't get insurance. Allegedly coming back under the shop that originally ran it.
Century was slow this summer--hilly.
Did a few cyclocross races.

I never got to do the Olympic Tri so added it again for this year. If I can afford a decent bike, probably step up to a Half Ironman late in the year or early 2017 (Oceanside?).
