Hey which one is the best to go with in terms of price and service. I have never subscribed with this type of service so I'm clueless and the cheap fucks at RFD have way too many opinions on what is good and what isn't.

Ideally I need it to cover 2 cars (M and Civic, more so for the Civic since it is heading towards 17yrs old lol).

All I really need is towing if shit ever went and the car wouldn't move. Civic has died once when the rad blew, but luckily the car was only 3kms away from my mechanic and I was able to limp it there). Not too worried about the M...but you never know right? Wifes car has roadside already.

Never had a problem with CAA. It doesn't matter what car - can even be someone else's - as long as you're there.

Been with CAA for close to a decade, excellent service, very accommodating (flatbed) covers any car you are in. If you have a membership and you were in someone else's car you can use your tows.

TD Visa Gold includes some kind of R.A.
The card is free if you keep the corresponding chequing account over $5k.
I've never came across a situation that I would need a tow truck or an assistance. /knock on wood.

I dont remember how much I pay for CAA... I think I pay around 180 bucks for the premier membership.

CAA is more than just "towing". I've used it once this year to tow my car and my ass home when I was in no condition to drive.

Good to know, but why bother leaving $5k in a chequings account? Unless much elite with huge mtg and dat S-class AMG car payment.

I am with Canadian Auto Club, my father bundled all cars at home. The only problem is the membership follows the car where CAA the membership can tow any car he/she wants. So you can just pay for 1 membership under your name to cover the Civic and M if you need

Been with CAA forever. There's a few extra perks that come with it (partner discounts, travel booking and planning) and they also include motorcycle and bicycle coverage in some of the plans. It's worth the $100/year.

I've got the CAA RV Plus incase I gotta get the boat towed (It's only happened once but boy did it ever save our ass).. No issues requesting a flatbed if I need it as well, no extra charge for lowered cars, etc.

My ONLY gripe is that they won't deliver fucking diesel!!!!! Figure that one out.

$145 taxes-in annually for a family plan (covers my wife and I) with Esso Roadside Assistance. Unlimited tows, doesn't matter who's vehicle it is (just as long as you were the one driving).
