Good - it's out of control. I looked at a house yesterday that had the damn go train run through the backyard (literally like 30ft from the house) that was priced pretty damn high lol wtf (I didn't know the train went that route when I signed up to see it)
It was so ridiculous it was like in a movie - the house shook and everything lol.

3-9 I would assume. It would be easy if I wanted to spend over a million but I dont (and who does?) so there's so much competition on good houses and crap out there under that price. Mostly multi generation families or people immigrating over with money (I mostly see Asian families buying them now)
It's annoying - if they're good they sell the same day. Usually they aren't good or if they're good but priced too high the second the do a price drop it sells within mins.
I am picky with locations though.

I'm ok with renos but major ones I actually don't have time for unfortunately as well the prices of some of these still are still fixer uppers. I don't need turn key but I don't want to do any wall removals or gut jobs.

It's a real relationship tester :). If you and your SO can make it through a Reno your good. The wife and I spent 8 months of working on our house when we had time before we even moved in.
