When not at work, I have been eating mostly vegetarian. Cottage cheese, veggies dipped in hummus and protein shakes. I will have eggs in the morning usually tho.
At work however, these guys are red meat eating mofo's. The last time I had it, I felt like shit that night and fell asleep very early. Also, I could feel my prostate was swollen due to the weakness of my stream and how bad I had to piss in the middle of the night.
I've also decided to do more yoga and lift less weight for more reps. Once I lean down, I may hit the protein and try to build muscle mass. But honestly my muscle mass hasn't seemed to suffer yet from this diet although, I'm only a month in to it.
Anyone else out there tired of the meat diet?
