I've had an internal pain that lingers around my bicep area when under load for close to 3 months now.
For example if I do bicep curls I feel nothing, when I do incline/flat dumbbell press this stuff activates asap. Any pushing motion triggers the pain. I feel I can power through it for the most part, but it's uncomfortable and I feel at times I am getting close to doing more damage than anything. I've started doing lighter weight because of this, but the pain persists. The intensity of the pain has not changed, it has been the same for months.
The only thing I can think of that's triggering it is I've started sleeping on my side to relieve pressure from my back (which has helped tremendously). In this position my weight is on my right arm/shoulder, which is what's possibly causing this.
