I don't know anyone on a powelifting workout plan trying to cut weight and make gains either.

I meant in general. It seems for the past few years, you've been so worried about losing an ounce of muscle that it's gotten in the way of you losing weight.

I guess you could look at it like video games. I don't want a new set of gear if it's going to lower my stats. I'm not going to the gym to bust my ass to be weaker.

Everyone has a different goal in the gym, some people use it as a supplement, some people like to maintain or speed along their weight loss by high reps low weight or whatever the fuck.

I like to go in and fuck shit up...

When I did the paleo challenge in 2012 and dropped 30lbs in 2 months, a LOT of that was mass, and every bit of progress I made on my lifts went kaput.

Now if you look at it from the perspective "well you can just cut, have a six pack, and diet your way back up in weight."

Maybe if I had your metabolism, eating schedule, etc, etc.

It's clear I was destined to be a fat fuck, I get fat breathing air. At 1700cals daily after 2000-2200 calories of cardio I'm still slowly re-comping. What makes ANYONE think I could just "bulk" and not get insta-tits in 3 weeks... when they obviously see I'm barely eating the same amt of food anyone who posts in here is, that I wouldn't just get fat again super fast.

Art can cry about me giving advice and not having a six pack, and gamby giving input and not having a six pack. pretty much anyone that doesn't have a six pack giving advice is a fucking idiot.

I don't care who can or cant have a valid input on lifting and training and nutrition based on looks. I am not interested in bro-ing down to show conditioning for any reason what so ever, not interested in mood swings, or experiencing impotence or loss of sex drive because I want to be peeled.

I'm also not ranting at you, but I just don't see why if I'm reporting progress, it's not good enough or not fast enough for everyone else?

That's what this forum is for, that's why I'm posting.

that is all.

I know you're not ranting at me. And I understand about not wanting to get weaker. I'm not complaining about the speed at which you're losing. I just feel like your single-minded focus on not losing muscle mass is hindering your fat loss goal.

I dunno. I just feel like maybe your defeatist attitude (ie destined to be a fat fuck) would be turned around when you realize your goal, regardless of how much your lifts went down.

You should change the name of your blog because IIRC, that was the goal when you started working with Diezel.

You always flip out and get angry and say shit like "meat head" "bro-ing" or make up random excuses. Lol sex drive? impotence? Really bro.

Here's the cold hard facts, again.

You've never been in shape. Not once.

You really don't lift *that* much dude. I mean c'mon, you can bench 225 like once, you squat 3#s and dead 4#s, I mean, congrats but I was doing that out of highschool. That's really not impressive. It's certainly not impressive enough to be an excuse.

It's not like you're some really strong/big powerlifter who really doesn't want to lose gains, dude, you're a chubby average guy with half decent strength. Let's be honest here.

That is what annoys me the most. You'd love to actually be big and ripped but you won't be because you make fucking excuses about every single thing.

Why? Because I'm 5-8 inches taller than you?

Other than that, which isn't something you can overcome, you have no reason you can't. You're far more into lifting and "fitness" than I am. I'm simple, I mind my diet and tweek where appropriate and lift and run. I don't have videos, blogs, coaches, etc.

The only thing stopping you is yourself.

Your hormones can get out of whack a little bit when you go super low on cals. It's not THAT big of a deal, though. It's not like you go impotent.

The strongest I've ever been has also been the lightest I've been as an adult. Now I was still carrying a bunch of weight compared to "yous" guys but I don't think weight loss and maintaining strength are mutually exclusive. Especially at the strength levels we are talking about here.

Art and Silock and Diezel are absolutely great knowledgeable members on this topic. To argue with them for the sake of doing so, which is whats happening is frustrating to watch.

Either way, keep working hard 137!

Yet you know everything and nobody has any idea of what your condition/training/nutrition looks like. But we all know you know everything and are more than ready to fire off that advice ALL DAY.

you're the joke in this instance dude. I'll keep taking my re-packaged milk thistle. I'll keep making gains. You keep making +1's on your post counts.

How has your gainz / body comp come along so far while following Diezel's plan?

I haven't seen pics or really kept up. The FF has been slow in general.

I can't look for myself. Wouldn't look right scanning pics of men in undies while at the office

what I do or look like is irrelevant, though Ive posted plenty of pics and even mentioned routines. Thats a tired troll topic. Find something new. I dont need to post weekly pics in order to keep my e-cred up.

I thought I dont post up any advice? Now I post it all day? Make up your mind.
This is (one of your many) threads with you spamming us with your hideous blog. Youve been lifting and being fat for ages now and you still havent made any progress on lifts or very much fat loss. Youve been floating more or less in the same window for so long now. You start to make some fat loss progress but then something gets in your way and you balloon back up. We have all supported you(including me) at some point along your roller coaster of mediocrity encouraging you, but you then turn around and insult everybody. You ask for advice or opinions and you turn to your typical attention whore drama queen ad hominem attacks on whoever is the flavour of the day.
You keep up this lame excuse about losing strength and boners if you try to cut weight. No one is suggesting a drastic cut in calories such that your strength will fall off, nor will you ever get down to a peeled no boner level(under 7%). Even at 12% you would look a million times better, and feel better in a number of ways.

Its well known biogro is the same old bs thats been re marketed for decades(colostrum). You did ask for clarification(lmgtfy works well doe) but you had to stick in some irrelevant ad hominem and be the typical pos you try so hard to be.

You lost some weight. Good. You have a shit ton more fat to lose though, like always.

Also, your blog states those are post-gym pics. So, the gains I see is you've lost a cup size and some back rolls. This is good but, you're nowhere near "big" or "jacked" or even in shape.

It's time to get out of your own way.

I'm just saying.

You think I'm hating, I'm not. You're clearly into lifting which is cool, I'm into lifting too. You're getting far too ahead of yourself, and you have been for years, it's frustrating. I just want you to get lean and strong and then we can mess with all these different techniques and methods.

Get lean. You'll be taken much more seriously.

Weather I'm taken seriously or not is hardly a concern here. I offer advice on things, take it with a grain of salt. not all of us can run for a bit slam beer and lift heavy, be over 6 foot and lean you goof
