Eating my own words XD Went from 2 door monster track slut coupe to 4 door practical snoozefest. I gotta say, I'm liking a lot of the little touches. I have not had a car this refined, yet still so capable. Now I know why Risky likes his TL so much XD
I present to you a 2015 S4 in Sepang blue. Ignore the bleach bypassing in 99% of the photos XD zzzzzzzzzz

No, but they look like EY bungalows. So what happened to the mustang, and the better feelz over the M3? Got tired of it already? No LED headlights?

I disagree on the LED headlights being fugly, they DRL is already there, the LED headlight is just another strip right above it. Its brighter, and more functional, (light tunnel)
Yeah, I guess I should remember your brother was Asian, he'd never move into EY

Very good choice, reminds me of my S5 I'm unloading. Should've took over my 2014 S5 w/ sport differential in Estoril Blue.
Awesome winter car.
Did you try launch control (sport mode, stability off, hold brake + add throttle, release brake).
Are you in EY? The 2 story stucco house makes it seem like you might be in EY.

Da hell?
You like eating depreciation? Didn't you just get that Rustang brand new not too long ago?
And all that talk about road feel and you jump into this. Doesn't really compute.
Gotta write an essay as to why the change. :p

OKOKOK. The Boss was traded. Yes, I have car ADD. No, I did not eat a crap ton of depreciation. The differential was 4k between my trade in price and what I paid for it 1 year ago. And for the record, I bought the Boss 2nd hand.
The Boss absolutely is hands down, the best factory produced track capable car I've driven to date. It's amazingly good on the circuit. Buuut it got long in the tooth. Firstly, the car was very low quality in general. Though the motor was solid, the tranny was not. When the tranny is cold, it would grind *every single gear* no matter how slow I shifted. I tried a number of different tranny fluids to no avail. In the end, I double clutched the car each time it was cold, and once the tranny fluid was up to temp, I could shift normally. This is just one example of sketchy quality. One look underneath the car and you can tell it was made to meet a price point. Ok, the chassis is solid. It's stiff and drives well. But how it was put together is like........a 70s car.
Again, it's totally fine as a toy, but I put on 10k km on it in just the summer alone, and driving something like that so often gets to you. So anyway, onwards to the S4. I bought this to fit both bills: A competent street car that is still quasi good at the track. Ok it's really no comparison for track use, but knowing that I'm using it for 90% street PLUS i can winter drive it PLUS it is more practical for bike racing (i can fit my bike, my wife, my gear and my rollers in the car!), it is a win win for me for my lifestyle. That and blah blah blah my work obligations have changed, and my increased travel (30%) limits the amount of track days I can do. I would go 3x a month before...some months even more. Now I'm lucky if I can go even once a month. So track focused car was removed from my garage. That simple.
Spd-dmn, for some reason I thought you were taking car of VW only, so it never occured to me to reach out (d'oh). Regardless, I did get hooked up as I got something to the tune of 4k off despite it being a 2015 car
It's got the sport diff, cf interior and it's manual. Oh and just for risky, some real color potatios XD
EDIT: Oh and Choco, no LED option on the S4. Not that I would want it. I'm with Hator, it looks horrible. Turns the headlight housing into a compound bug eye. Not really a fan. Plus, I'm now up with the times -- HID IS AWESOME XD XD I never had them before HAHAHAHA. So anything is an upgrade to me.
Audi compound bug eye below:
Oh and why no M3? I didn't want the CSI uniform XD No but seriously, I was never a huge fan of the e9x M3. I don't like the exhaust note, I don't like the lack of torque. IMO a V8 needs to have grunt and needs to rumble. The m3 does neither I don't like the rod bearing issue (though arguably I wont own the car long enough to ever notice XD), and I'm not a giant fan of the interior. Do not get me wrong--it is a SWEET car. My brother has one, my close friend has one...and 90 other ppl on this board have one. They all have one for that very same reason: It's a sweet car. It looks great and goes like stink. Buuut I just am not a fan of modern BMW's. I tried really hard and I really wanted to like the F30 M sport wagon. But it was a giant bag of disappoint.
