We just picked up a 2014 Gallardo, bro says the 458 is better. I can't compare.
The EGEAR in the Lambo is CRAP and the reviews says so too so it's not a lemon.

Didn't really take any, this is all that I have for now, slightly used 2014 model.
Also got a 2012 Bentley GT a few months ago:
If I were to redo it again and can only choose 1 car, I would go straight for the Panamera GTS. The Tesla P85+ is also a nice car to drive but the interior is terrible for a $120K car.
The Lambo is cool but I think it'll get tiring real fast. You get harassed everywhere, people asking to take photos/rev/dumb questions/etc... Driving it in the city is quite brutal as the EGEAR is really jerky and not smooth like a PDK/DSG/SMG. This review sums up the experience really well (http://jalopnik.com/2013-lamborghini-gallardo-lp550-2-spyder-the-jalopnik-507560199).
The Bentley is also cool but it doesn't feel like a car to drive hard. The doors are so wide and for some reason the parking spaces in Cali are so narrow that it is an absolute bitch to get out.
I think the Panamera GTS is a really good combination of performance, luxury, and practicality. Bonus, it fits a car seat so its a decent family car.

I drove 7 laps in a F430 at Las Vegas Speedway last November. It was awesome and better experience than driving it on QEW at 120km/h yeah but that cost you at least $500 USD no?? my friends did that a couple years ago when we went for a bachelor party. some dropped over $1k while I was sleeping because i was up gambling til 9am lol
$350 USD
Still better than $180 CDN for 2 laps

LMK next time... I have the Bentley FT and the Gallardo during the winter. I live next to a road that drives up/down/around a mountain and it is a nice peaceful drive except since my wife and I are not outdoors people... we get nervous as there is no cell coverage.

God - No, bought it used from a reputable dealership and its hard to test drive a Gallardo in the GTA as they are sold out... figured... what could go be wrong with a like new Lambo with 1000 miles.
After driving for a while, manual mode is fine if you feather in/out the gas pedal while shifting.
