Not sure if you noticed, but it's not a normal globo gym, there is shed door that's up and I might as well be working out outside it was like 60 degree's in there. With any kind of decent rest in between sets I'll get cold. And not in the anemic sense.

It's a little different sleeping at 60 degrees than working out.

Seriously? I'm not hating; I'm honestly shocked. Once I'm warmed up, I stay warmed up for a long ass time, even if I take 5 minutes between sets.

Oh, I know. I just can't imagine getting "cold" during a workout at 60 degrees, even if I take an extended time between sets. SHITS CRAY

Good stuff

You should really switch to decline for awhile though so you can get your numbers up

I did some decline today, ended up getting 225 for a double without my slanger on. I definitely need to get that in a bit more, especially dumbbell work to help with the wicked strength imbalances.

Decline is great for breaking plateaus. Once you're doing solid sets of 3-5 @ 275 on decline you should be repping 225 flat no issues

Another thing, is extended triples at heavy weight. 225x3 for 10 sets. I think you might be pretty close to that right now.

But keep at what ur doing cause ur def improving your bench. Those things I said helped me break the 3 plate plateau I had back in college

BUNCH OF CRAZY ASS MOTHERFUCKERS UP IN HERE.

How do you not just overheat like crazy? I'd workout naked if I could.

Such hot. Most sweaty. So passing out.

My gym's heat went out in the middle of winter a couple of years ago, and it was about 40 degrees inside the gym. Wearing shorts and a cut off t-shirt, I was still sweating my ass off 15 minutes into my workout. I guess I just heat up and stay warm for a long time.

Besides, working out while it's hot is detrimental to your work output.

I normally have compression pants and a long sleeve on, so it's already wicking sweat from me.

I mostly work out around sunset so it's nice and cool. Talking about regular lifts, olympic, power. So don't get a whole lot a sweat going. So for those times I love wearing sweat pants.

You are a beast dude.

I've been working in very mild deadlifts in an effort to minimize stress on the joints during my longer runs. After only 3 weeks I am really noticing a difference. Great move for core.

The second cycle of the cube method has been completed, I will test for maxes on Saturday and am currently building my new spreadsheet right now with my training program for the next cycle.

I am shooting for a conservative 470 on deadlift, will try for 400 on squat, and will also attempt 245 again on bench.

http://roadtotenpercent.blogspot.com/2014/03/cube-method-cycle-2-complete-check-in.html

wish me luck, or failure.

Diet has been on point these last three weeks, finally going to be steady in the 180's for a week now that I've eliminated any influence I previously had in my diet aka ditching my fat training partner.
