I need to check on a different scale. The one I have at home says like 140... so I dunno. I think I'm just going to stop weighing myself. Every time I think I'm going to see a pound or whatever gain I either see no gain, or a loss, lol, so who knows.

I keep creeping up. I'm involuntarily putting on mass.

...or it's the ramped-up lifting/plyo. I'll know after the final bodyfat read in a couple of weeks.

No I thought you were bigger. I didn't want people to think I was talking about you in my rant the other day lol. Dude Chris, you need to fucking do what this guy is doing! he's 10lbs lighter than you and yoked. He looks awesome, but all dem muscles won't help me in my exploits, and I definitely don't have the time to spare to spend in the gym.  What's your excuse? 
I'm an inch taller and have 30lbs of body fat to get rid of. #crymeariver

Alright so I'm going to try and make a conscious effort to get back into shape. Haven't worked out for over a year and I have to say I'm not happy with how I look now. I do think I have the potential to get some good results if I put in a little effort in watching what I eat and getting off the couch so I will need to come here a lot and get some inspiration from you all.
Current as of today:
Age: 42
Weight: 210
Height: 5'11"
Arms flexed: 17"
Stomach at biggest: 42"
Chest at nipples: 43.5"
Routine:
- P90X during lunch, ya I know the gripes on it but with 3 kids under 5yrs old I have no time before and after to go to the gym.
- 30 mins of cardio each night on the treadmill while watching tv.
- biking on weekends depending on free time.
As of two mins ago, I will save you the sight of man tits and keep the shirt on.

Just keep it up. It's a very cool experience to look at the "before" after making a decent change. Very motivating, IMHO.
Meanwhile, I haven't taken a progress pic since December.

I know, I already see a difference, and I was remeasured on Monday and have lost about 5 inches over the last 6 weeks. I look forward to having definition once more of this weight is gone!
