pretty much. the m5 doesnt make a very good track car at the end of the day.

even back to the first one. I dont think it was ever really about that. it was about a sporty sedan that could see some track time. its way to big(from overall size and consumables) to make any sense to be your purpose track car..imo.

Whoaaa. So with that crazy built motor you got in your mustang, did you do anything to the rear end? I never see those anymore.

Sold your ITR?

theres a dude in my hood with a mint stock fox bod(looks brand new). its so odd because he parks on the driveway and puts a half tarp over it...but he has a two car garage..and parks a prelude and accord in there instead.

Oh man, the Fox (not Fox body). Do yourself a favour and get rid of it.

I can't even look at those things since I was first on scene at a head-on collision on HWY 62, north of Belleville.

The young woman driving the Fox died. Deathtrap, as far as I'm concerned.

I would rate my chances in the roadster with a chassis made of I-beams over what I saw happened to the Fox.

Also, the fibreglass body is 2 inches thick. It actually fares well in accidents (weird, but true)

I don't think I want to get hit in any car designed in the 50s, you be fucked just as bad probably worse than a fox. Although most of the fox body was designed in the 50s too lol

I know someone in a Daimler SP250 who was rear-ended hard at a red light by a VW Golf.

It wrote off the whole front end of the Golf. The Daimler looked like it had been slowly reversed into a wall. It showed itself mostly in stress cracks around the doors. All easily repaired.

BTW, the car that hit the Fox was a Lumina. Both guys in there were fine, with minor problems. I looked after them. I think the driver had fallen asleep in that car and caused the accident that killed the woman in the Fox.
