my lower limit i've set for myself is 180... if i'm not contest lean by then i quit... plan is to get to contest shape 4 weeks prior to it, and then reverse diet into the show, and hopefully step on stage full at 183-184...

Very impressive. What is your average caloric intake lately? I know for a while you were losing weight while still eating quite a bit.

How you can get so lean on that many calories? What do you attribute that too?

Just curious since most of us are talking 1500-1800 to stay lean and you're losing weight off 1k more and looking awesome.

a successful off season of adding calories into my diet slowly over a period of time which allowed me to in essence "increase my metabolism"... At the peak of my offseason I was getting about 4200cals a day I believe and only gaining about .5-.75lbs per week...

I am doing 5-6 cardio sessions per week amounting to about 3000 calories right now, and I don't think i will have to increase that at all... I started with 2 300 calorie sessions when i started my prep, and just slowly added cardio in while slowly taking cals out...

I mean your TDEE is going to determine your caloric needs though as well... If you're pretty sedentary, you're going to have to consume less... I would classify myself as not sedentary but not highly active either...

definitely have some weird fat storage protocol in my lower legs... i have little definition in my calves still, but it's slowly coming in... you'd think lower leg would come in much sooner than upper legs...

That's how I carry my fat, according to the Dexa scan. Which is weird to me, considering I use my legs more than any other body part because of soccer. But it's a preferential storage site.

calves and arms on me seem to be the last things coming, aside from the glutes and hammies (which i expected)...

Just weird to have a shredded gut but fat arms... lol

hit a 178.8 today... still feeling good too...

and have been crushing pumpkin roll and ice cream like it's my fucking job... i'd rather eat that than have sex at this point... lol
