I'm a bit torn on them, dairy normally tears me up in the mornings. So I have it on purpose to push things along but yes to meet the fat goals.

The Bullet Proof coffee has grown on me to the point where I am starving a few hours after having it.

btw my weight is back to normal after sundays dining.

Nah, the boxes for the salads here are pretty huge, it was a pound and a half. Plus I get all lethargic and sleepy if I eat too much too fast. So I tried to space it out.

fat loss is pretty steady, slow just like Diesels, going to go up. Going to call it carbnite tonight, just ate a big fucking fish and all I want to do is sleep, going to be pretty tame. But I want waffles motherfucker! I don't think it's gonna happen.

This is normally what the readers and people on the diet pay attention to, and freak out.

I believe this is what cory pays attention to. The average.



Either way, it will go away in 2 days, see if I can get down to 185 by the end of the week. Most likely going to have a super tame carbnite since I'll be ridiculously busy next weekend.

No doubt... High carb binges will definitely jack up water retention... But yeah your weekly average is far more reliable measure vs day to day...
