I think i'm going to skimp on my next trip to teh grocery man and just get protein and mrp's I fucking hate eating food it takes too long.

192 lbs yesterday, I took last week off mostly due to work and a few other reasons. Had a good week this week, but I've got to stabilize my diet, and get back to running. My original goal was to get below 200lbs and then down to 185. With where I'm at now I'm thinking 180 would put me at a good lean weight. Right now I'm carrying the weight around my belly and tits still (read beer)but its coming off. I'm standing in a weeding on august 8th, and I would like to hit 185 for that. We'll see.
Edit: For referrence here is where I was exactly one year ago to the day.

A week or so ago, 210-212ish. I've been slacking because I'm been swamped at work

I work my ass off all day sweating so I started dropping pounds, add a horrible diet and thats where I'm at. I mean, I'll still outlift you in everything and get more girls. holla.
I'm gonna bulk this fall/winter
