I'll play since I have made quite a bit of a change.



In early april holding alot of my winter fat still




This morning after breakfast. Lost some bulk but i've slimmed down. My abs actually look a lot more defined than what the picture shows, maybe i'm just too hairy.







I suck at taking self bathroom mirror portraits.

I have not been to a gym in 1.5 years, all my workout are done at home with a set of push up bars and an elastic band.

I'll probably start getting fat again once winter rolls around and I can't ride a bicycle.

Here's a side-by-side of me from March 25th on the left (this was about 3 months before I started to really exercise and change my diet) and on the right is me now. Around 20lbs lighter since July 1. The haircut probably adds a little optical weight reduction, but still...



sorry no nekkid shots for ya'll - those will arrive in approximately three more months. I'm about halfway to my goal now.

Sorry, reply is a bit late.

I do alot of cardio (cycling), and workout twice a week with pushup bars and an elastic. I just do circuit type training and work all body parts in the same workout. I use the elastic as a substitute for just about any exercise you would do at the gym with a dumbell.

Xmas sounds like a good goal time for me too. I hope I can keep this up when it gets cold out, something you never have to deal with. I do have TONS of cold gear from cycling though, with fleece Under Armour tights, Cold Gear mock crew, wool socks, etc. Im not too worried.

most recent pic as of monday night..down to 168lbs



working on biathlons every monday/wed/friday nights:

4miles biking: 11mins
3miles running: 23mins
2miles biking: 5-6mins
1mile running: 8mins

already broke down 20miles this week and hoping to finish up 30 by friday and hopefully move onto 50mile week in 2 weeks
