Currently 6'0 179. I'm hoping to get my BF% calculated sometime today using calipers.
Leangains made. Chest is always small, legs too...but coming around. I can't go very heavy on any type of free weight presses....bench, military, etc. I had reconstructive wrist surgery about 18 months and and STILL not 100%. I just started being able to do free weights at all about 10 weeks ago.
Update:
Either I dropped a few lbs in the past few days or my scale sucks, but just got my bf%.
172 lbs
17.9 lbs of fat
10.4%
I'm happy.

I should have taken a damn before pic before I started LG. My left arm was so much smaller than my right it was comical. The whole thing from the shoulder down.

Well after a few months off due to a move and waiting on moving into my new place with a gym, I finally have gotten back into the swing of things. Still need to lose some belly but coming along. Dont laugh also! Not near as cut as most of you guys.

This is hands-down the gayest thread on CSi (no offense meant to CSi gays--it's literally lots of semi-nude/nude men), but sometimes the gay meter goes deep into the red.

How long to drop the 17-20? That's just alot of weight to try and drop in 2 months...
I dunno I see that weight coming off someone who's almost 300lbs as opposed to someone my size trying to cut 50
It's been about 3 weeks now I believe going into the 4th, we weight train for a little under an hour and then go do a 2-4 mile hike every day. He's been eating strict zone, no cheating. My girlfriend was cooking paleo for him but he was just too lazy to portion it out so now his new girlfriend is zoning his meals.
