Currently
Dips- my weight 155 plus 90 on a belt Incline - 160 Cable crosses - 100 Curls - 110 Deads - 245 Squats are on a machine (standing) - 360
Generally 5 sets if 5. I start out the first set 10-20 pounds light to warm it.
I regret to say military press has been a no-go. My left shoulder has been hurt for a couple weeks.
something sounds fishy about those numbers and your build. curls and deadlift?? get someone to take a vid. i'm not seeing it with you only lifting for about a year if you're doing dips with 90lbs added to your weight, your tri's should be huge by now. that's you pushing up 245lbs.
incline...that seems about right. barbells, dumbbells, or smith/naut. machine??
