that's not a steroid body... at least not from what i see...
i did doubt the sqaut number though, so take it for what it's worth... unless you see it on video you have every right to doubt it...
there are some freakishly strong people though that can just lift a ton of weight with no reasonable explanation... What exactly is a "steroid body" there's so many different forms of steroids you can pretty much get any look you are going for.

Time to share the workout regiment and the diet then! Don't leave the rest of us out in the dark. Well the diet started off with me trying to lose fat:
(Months 1-3): meal 1(6 am): 2 bowls of special K with skim milk, and an apple or banana.
meal 2(9 am): protein shake, 2 tbsp of peanut butter with triscuits, flaxeed oil pill, and a fish oil pill.
Meal 3(12 pm) 2 pieces of chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, salad with no dressing, a fruit, and 2 glasses of skim milk.
meal 4(3 pm) same as meal 2
Meal 5(6 pm) 2 pieces of chicken breast or fish(varies day to day), 2 cups of brown rice, salad with no dressing(added kidney beans), a fruit and 2 glasses of skim milk.
Meal 6(9 pm) (right after the gym) protein shake, torrent shake(post workout recovery) http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/torr.html ,2 tbsp of peanut butter and triscuits. Then I would take my ZMA before I goto bed.
For the last 3 months, the meals stayed the same except I added a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and lunch. I also changed my protein to a higher calorie protein.

he admitted it wasnt a legit squat though Yeah I said I don't do a full squat, my right knee can't handle it. If I were to do a full squat I might be able to hit 250 without my knee blowing out. Have you tried working your way up doing full squats with really light weight to get your knee used to it? Seen a doc for it? Yes and yes, it's an old skateboarding injury.

It's healed but it will never be the same.

That blows. I would seriously find a new doc that could help me. I would if I was in the states, but I am in S. Korea and I am not going to a korean doctor. LOL I thought S Korea was supposed to be like . . . nice and shit.
