I'm thinking about doing a b16a or b18c motor swap into a 92-00 civic hatch. Considering driver skill and conditions on a stock motor setup, what times should I expect to see roughly for each motor? I'm thinking high 14's on slicks. Let me know what you guys think.
You should hit high 14's. My buddy has a B18C1 in a 99 EX (coupe) with a ITR ECU I/H/E and ran 14.3 @ 10x on street tires (2.4 60')....cruddy cruddy street tires. Would be a SOLID 13.5 with a sub 2sec 60'. From a roll he hangs dead even with a new Mustang Mach 1 unitl 4th gear.

My post count is low...therefore I don't know shit
Yeah knew a guy with a b18c1 gsr motor in a 93 cx hatch.. with just i/h/e.. shitty ass stock 14's on it ran a best of 14.2@99mph.. so.. he's a great driver though so... it's got lots of potential... later mike

You're basicaly saying that a DC2 GSR with those mods would run a mid 13. That, my friend, is very far from the truth.
