I started at 189 or so and up to 205 now, but I didn't start to really put on weight until about 2 months in. I actually went down to 187 or so at 1st.

Very nice job man, some good size gains there. Cut back down to 195 or so for the summer and you'll be looking ripped.

Damn dude, you definitely have the foundation of a nice v-taper going on. Great shoulder shape and size and good arms. Just need to get that waist cleaned up a bit which of course is one of the hardest things to do. But looking very good man!

Okay, it's been a while since I have posted pics, so I will throw up a few for comparison. I know I am far from CSi standards, but I am pretty damn happy with my progress so far. I have lost a ton of weight since I started and my body fat has gone down substantially.

You should be damn happy, that is some great progress since December. Really lost a lot of that 'goo' around the mid-section and tightening up nicely. Keep it up!

And yes, would hit too but only the second pic ;\)

Took this today. Ever since I hurt my back a few weeks ago I've been taking it easy and basically just maintaining, but I should be able to get cut up for the summer and get my 8 pack again.

Looking good Lewis...kinda hard to tell with the shitty pic (kidding) but your lats look like they are popping out well and you definitely stayed pretty low bodyfat for bulking. You gonna cut up for summer? If so you should be f'ing shredded by July!

Ya, I broke my camerea all I have is the cell phone. I'm not sure if I'll do a cut, just keep doing what I'm doing. If I cut I'd probably drop down to like 185 or something and I don't want to weigh that, I keep the fat off with the running and I think it works well.


Gtr-which one are you and what's your guys cycle like? \:\)

Speed and strength are the only things that allow me to keep up with the guys I play with. They're better technique-wise on the ball (not that I'm terrible, but those Brazilian dudes are flat out nuts with moves), but I can always beat them to loose balls and make up ground if they ever beat me.
