We'll heres where I'm at today. It might not look like much but I've definitely put on some muscle. Like mentioned before I haven't really concentrated on my diet and cardio hasn't been a priority. I've cut down to a below maintenance diet in the last few weeks and plan to stick to it. I dont see as much of an improvement for six months of 5 day a week lifting as I would like but you tell me.

Woot, broke 210lbs today, weighed in at 208. Down six pounds since new years. Also had the best leg workout of my life. Put up three plates on squats, and 5 on leg press.

if you are squating(properly) 3 plates a side you can leg press a lot more than 5 plates a side

Not after squatting 3 plates a side right before, and yes I'm doing proper squats.

Eh, I'll say this: Every leg press machine is different. AND form matters just as much on leg press as it does on squats. I see dudes "leg pressing" 6 plates per side, but they don't touch their knees to their chest. They let it down maybe 8-12 inches and call it a rep. That doesn't cut it. That's the bullshit pussy way to do a leg press because it doesn't work shit.

So, add together the fact that on some leg machines, 7 plates is nothing, and on some, 3 is killer, and how far down you let the weight go matters a lot, and leg pressing ends up being a very poor indicator of overall strength.

My goal is to reach a lean 150-155lbs by July (and grow to at least 5'9" :D)

I'm 6'3" 190-193 and trying to get to a lean 205 by May.

5'11 180-185 depending on level of devotion. My largest asset is small features for good symmetry (small wrists, your girlfriend's 29" waist, etc.). While that looks good, it hurts me in overall size.

yeah, i noticed that about his legs too, when he was on stage talking and up close

he was actually a cool guy.. didn't seem egotistical and he preached solid principles about training.. i never really cared for him (or coleman), as i think they've taken BB to freakish levels.. nonetheless, his size is impressive
