This is the year of no excuses for me, I don't want to look good for 43, I want to look good.
I've lost about 8 lbs now, made some considerable diet changes, and been working out religiously.
I haven't had decent abs since the 80's, and that's my main target right now, the gut has to go.

I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs, target is 175, with a considerable drop in body fat.

jeez are any of you guys over 200lbs...?

i feel small at 220... of course i'm carrying more BF than i want to... just hit the gym again last week... back in training for a different department...

wanna get down to 205 in 6 weeks...

i looked my best at 210-212... but i can run better and longer at 205...

Why, is that when you truly become a man? Who fucking cares. I'd rather be my 170-175 and still look really muscular and defined rather than be up at the 200lb. mark.

Personally, I'm liking my leaner build. I naturally hover at about 175 lbs, so if I can cut down to 165 I'd be lean and have some pretty nice muscle definition. The alternative (getting up to 200-210lbs) is going to take years of lifting to bulk up to 220 and then cut back to a lean 200. (or some juice lolbaseballlol)

yeah you either have the build for a 200+ pounds or you don't...

you can work your ass off to get there, or cheat like you said...

when i started working out 10 years ago, i was about 165ish...

of course as a young teen i was a little chunker and probably weighed nearly 200 lbs, until the summer before my senior year when i lost about 25-30 pounds, and was a slim 170ish... of course i grew about 5" that summer too...

I really don't have the build to carry 200+. I can barely get above 190 as it is, and I'm sitting at 183 currently.

i wasn't saying you didn't look your weight, i was saying that toothy would have to be carrying alot of weight in the lower half from the looks of the pic and only be a few pounds off or yours...

i know pics can be misleading though...

i too carry a ton of weight in my lower half, so i never look my weight...

i was about 218 in this pic, but i'm only 6'1" as opposed to you guys at 6'3"...
