I am reviving this thread, it cannot die at 63 pages, was always some great posts in here.
In order to conceal my true identity I have disguised myself as geordi la forge from star trek.
I've actually stuck with lifting for longer than a month and hope I can keep at it over the summer. Should I introduce more kale into my diet????

Been working out with dudes from work at lunch 4 days a week. We try to lift pretty heavy (for us). shit might be working cause I'm gaining weight, but I dont feel fatter and my shirts are starting to feel really snug.
The Galaxy Gear smartwatch is the perfect tool for taking gym pics. It looks like you're just looking at your watch, but you're actually taking pics!

Wayne - your back got jacked during this new regimen. What would you attribute to these gainz?
biogrow.... j/k the muscle was already there, it was just a matter of carving the fat away. I got about 25-30 more pounds of fat I think to lose, and from there I can focus on being in a caloric surplus and adding weight back on without the fat.

Imagine they look worlds better than yours as well. While you're doing really good compared to the last few years, I think you're going to need a space shuttle or a ladder that's forever if you want to get on my level.

as much of a dick as Art is he's probably well above the "average"... I'm no specimen (6'2" 215lbs) but I look better than 99% of my gym and probably 75% of the entire gym population... the fact is the average person looks like shit...
