chrome is fine. DIdn't mention it in your post, so i assumed it was untuned except for the cam gears. post up the dyno.

I'm not a big fan of s2s2's in a b16. Displacement is too small, u might make a couple more peak hp (over s2s1) but it wont be till higher in the rpm range.

for example, i'm running s2s1 cams in my b16. depending on which tune & subsequent mods were talking about, it doesn't peak until 8200-8600 rpms. i really wouldn't want to be peaking any further up past that, which is generally what would happen with larger cams (all other things equal.)

I prefer s2s1 or bc3 in a b16.

u mentioned you were thinking of getting skunk 2 stage 2 cams, s2s2 is an abreviation for that...
s2s1= skunk 2 stage 1 cams
bc3= buddy club 3 cams

seriously, i wouldn't bother with s2s2 in a b16. they are too big and your peak hp will be high up in the rpm range.

s2s1 & bc3 are both going to give you a little more hp than your ctr, but not too much. both are goods cams, but if you already have ctr its kind of hard to justify spending another ~$500 on cams just to pick up a couple hp over the ones you already have.

my setup is...

USDM B16 @ ~10.8:1 CR with;

Skunk2 Stage1 Cams & Cam Gears
Alaniz Street Master Head Work
Omnipower valvesprings, retainers, & valves
Mugen headgasket
Apex N1 exhaust
ITR throttle body
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Hondata IM gasket
Hondata s200

Plus...
Green line- DC 4-2-1 header, no cat, J's intake
Red line- RMF header, high flow cat, J's intake
Blue line- RMF header, high flow cat, aem itr cold air intake

for you i'd first recomend getting a better header right now as opposed to cams.
u need something with a larger 2 1/2 inch collector. For the price, the jdm integra type r header is hard to beat. pair that with a 200 or 300 cell high flow cat from sms-products.com. (u will not be able to use your existing cat(catalic converter) because it will not fit the larger collector on the header).

I'm not saying this will get you 185, cuz it wont. but you will pick up some good power doing this. the stock sized collector of the dc header really chokes power and so does a stock cat (assuming u have one since u did not mention having a high flow cat or test pipe).

dont be so fixated on a number that you want to hit. all dynos read different.

first off all thanks for all the info...
that day on the dyno someone told me tha that tha problem im having right now its the exaust im running with 2 1/4 dianeter i should change it to a 2 1/5 he didnt mention the header so you sugest a tipe r header if thats the best way a b16 run well im going to try it.... like i said before thanks for all the info ill be posting the results soon dyno & track.

No, u would not want to change your exaust from your current 2 1/4 diameter down to a 2 1/5 diameter. That would make your exhasut piping smaller, plus no one makes a 2 1/5" size pipe. I think they may have ment 2 1/2" pipeing on the exhaust.
Yes it would help but only a little. a better header with a 2 1/2" collector would benefit you much more.

Yea, as far as bang for the buck, the jdm itr header is going to be one of the best ones with a 2 1/2" collector. http://www.inlinefour.com/jdm98spectyp.html

another option to consider would be...
dc jdm header http://www.inlinefour.com/dcsporjdm41h.html

for either one u will need to buy the collector gasket that is offered (cuz your stock one is for the smaller 2 1/4 collector)

then go to smsp and get a high flow cat to work with your header (stock one wont fit)http://sms-products.com/Converters.html
get the custom length 200, 300 or 400 cell cat (lower the number the better it flows). 2 1/2 diameter to match the header and then just tell him what car and setup its for.

dont worry that the header and cat will be 2 1/2" and your exhaust is only 2 1/4. I have the same thing, it works fine.

right now you will gain much more upgrading the header and cat then you will the exhaust.

I figured since the discussion is about all motor B16's I'd toss up my mods and number to give you an idea...

AEM v2 cai
spoon 70mm tb
s2 IM
s2 stage2 cams
s2 gears
s2 dual springs w/ retainers
s2 valves
toda 11.6:1 pistons
eagle rods
toda header
2.5" carsound cat
modified greddy evo exhaust
ur pullies (acc. and crank)
rc 310cc injectors
JDM p30 ECU
hondata s200

180 whp 115 trq

This is with virtually zero head work as well.

honestly no. TB's don't help much on mild b16 builds. The most u need is 62mm. seriously spend the money on a better header & cat & get those ctr cams in.

I bought my TB because the TPS sensor was broken during the motor swap. I wanted OEM and to my surprise the 70mm Spoon TB was cheaper and is nothing more than a bored out OEM TB.

70mm on a B16 is just crazy. strsi pretty much summed it up still.
