I just put a GReddy SOHC TDO4H kit on my 97 Civic EX. I have stock internals and running 5psi. I will have track times next weekend. But it pulls pretty nice. I am going to have a head built so that will be sweet too. The more psi the marrier. I will let you guys know my times. Lata

Had the problem 4 times now. I went out and bought (-4) hose and new fittings. At the bango bolt put a 45 degree fitting. putting this 45 on it helpes so the bend is not so great. i also ran the oil line around the tranny side of the car . You will need about 3.5 feet of hose. let me know if you need something else.

I have a question for all you greddy or any other turbo kit owners....mainly on your Si's
What do you do about emissions if you have it in your state? Will it pass? If not, what are you going to do?
i was thinking of turbo, but i dont know about all this other crap that i would have to deal with....

Around here the biggest buzz is insurance. Some insurance companies are refusing or cancelling insurance for things like aftermarket springs and shocks, nevermind a turbo setup. Very cheeze...

Will the type 24 FMIC fit in the stock bumper without modification? Or will I need to go with the type 31? Thanks!

Well i got to the dyno and they relized my boost controller is shot to shit. So i couldn't up the boost to the 9psi that i wanted, so they went ahead and tuned it for now (since i live 3 hours away). I have the greddy turbo kit with some extras and was only running 4psi he said and would creap toward 5 right at 8k but never reach it or there long enough to make a diff. So at 4psi i put down 198.3whp 148.6tq, I was pretty damn happy with those numbers at only 4psi. I am going to be heading back up there in a few weeks with 9psi and a new boost controller and high flow cat I will be shooting for 250whp. Here are the charts. Also as a side note it was 91 deg. there and 97 deg. heat index and in a garage with no a/c so im sure she was running a little warm
What do you guys think?

Got the greddy a week ago, I am in love. 99 Si...Greddy Evo exhaust, testpipe, Turbo XS type S BOV, AEM FPR. Spools quick and pulls almost all the way to 8K. I'm saving for an intercooler and hondata now...I am not impressed with the blue box at all.

301civic5 ,My buddies 00 SI with the Greddy Turbo kit and EVO exhaust passed the sniffer test here in TX with flying colors. It actually sniffed cleaner than a stock 00 SI!

If your getting the GReddy kit, the blue box will come with it. All it is is a piggy back fuel system for your car to compensate for the boost. Do a lil searching and you'll find all the information you need.
