8:00-1:30 - Back road drive to SLO from North/South regions
1:30 - Meet up at Arroyo Grande
1:45-3:00 - Lunch
3:00-3:30 - Back yard joyride through wine country, photoshoot pit stop
3:30-4:00 - Taste test at the best winery in SLO; Those under 21 can still enjoy some cheese 'n crackers 
4:00-? - Shoot the breeze, begin trek back to North/South

Since NMS feel through, I'd like to organize a back road drive to San Luis Obispo where North and South can meet up this year. This would be an all day event with either a visit to wine country or Hearst Castle. Here's a list of potential dates:

oh yeah. a couple things: 1. is it cool if i invite a couple friends? 2. do they have beer tasting because im not a big fan of wine?

One question /suggestion : We don't do bbq for lunch. Takes too much work. How about something on a simpler scale like sandwiches, snacks, basicly nothing that needs time to cook. This will give us more time to just kick back and not have to worry about food cooking.
now i have to find a route. I know we used to do back roads of San Jose/Morgan hill years past, we can probably try that again.
And don't worry James, your friends are good to go. If they are down with you, they're down with me.

Alright guys, Chevy's Fresh Mex parking lot at:
5305 Almaden Expy
San Jose, CA
Here's the question: 5hr drive non stop (means NO STOP for gas), or 4hr drive with breaks in between? If it was only 2 or 3 of us, i'd lean more for the harcore 5hr drive. But it's probably safer taking the milder route for 4 hours.
5hr route = Leave instantly at 8am. (means get your ass there 20 minutes earlier because I know people lag at getting the hell up out of there).
4hr route = Leave at 8-8:50am. We will take a short pit stop for gas, bathroom.
Let me get some responses. Keep in mind, if you're not dedicated enough to do the 5hr in full non stop then say so. There will be no disgrace in wanting a 4hr drive. 5hrs can be brutal and I don't expect people to be able to do it naturally.

It's probably have more to fun 4hrs with breaks. Otherwise y'all might be too tired to trek out to the winery.
