Hello everyone, just purchased a 2007 Civic SI 4 door. Added this car as my daily driver so I could leave the S2000 in the garage. Look forward to some local meets.

Polite and realistic are different. Maybe being in Virginia you will have a better chance. But the northeast guys don't claim Virginia and Virginia people seem to be too good to be lumped in with the southeast. The southeast has had maybe four meets since I have been on here and one of them I hosted/put together. Meets around here just do not seem to happen. Sorry but that is the truth of it.

Must be nice to live in civilization...the only thing going on here in my part of the state is the rednecks trying to impress each other with whatever chrome doodad they just added to their pickup trucks and fucking sheep/cousins/sisters/etc.

BTW, we here at CSi wholeheartedly approve of the S2K.

Yeah I know, last year on a trip to the Dragon we stopped in Marion??? for gas and lunch, every ricer with a wannabe car pulled thru to see the 20+ S2000's.

One guy actually went up and asked one of the guys if he wanted to race, Kevin said yes, but only for pink slips. The kid left.... Kevin has about 450whp on his S2000, wouldnt have been pretty against a modestly modified RSX. Funny story though.

You guys missed a hell of a fun drive up that way, Rt. 16 from Marion to Tazewell. Rt. 80 between Elk Garden & Meadowview is another one of my favorites as well.

Oh, I agree, the Dragon's by far the most fun road in this part of the US, But you gotta pick and choose sometimes. What did you guys do? Come down Hwy. 460/19 and go across?

Welcome!

I drove a new 4 door SI the other day. Lots of creature comforts I didn't expect. Only thing I didn't like about them was the long dash, other than that, very nice.

Enjoy,

Pete
