Not alot. What I do directly for abs is week A 7 sets of 100 crunches. That's two sets knees up, two sets legs straight, one set each lats and then one extra random one.
Week B I do 3 sets of increasing reps. 15 > 20 > 25 on a incline bench while holding a 25lb weight on my chest.

Are you using the weight belt when you do the leg raises?

so SesaPure (SesaPure) comes 120 caps per bottle, how much do you take per day or per meal? and can i just take this, or do i need something else with it?

It's all up in the air. I think some people are taking 4 a day, 2 in the am and two in the pm. I haven't totally decided how I'm going to do it. Or, I may just take one with each meal. I think that'd work better. It's all individualistic (is that a word?). Read around in those threads. Hell, Roofus and I will be the test rats here. I'll be sure and report everything I see. Everything else in my diet is static, nothing changes right now, and I keep to it to a T for the most part, hitting just about all the numbers I need to each day. I'll be able to tell right away or pretty quick whats happening. It could be nothing, could be everything. I trust the guys at AF (to an extent) very much so. The Yohimburn product they have, is nothing short of amazing. Yohimbine HCI when used topically or orally is badass.

I hit a wall before I started on this. I have since droped an additional 5lbs.

no weight belt...i just do like one set with my legs straight out (this hurt so much )...one with my legs curl in and so on.....then the next day i rotate to crunches...

Best exercises to work your abs totally:

Incline weighted situps
Hanging leg raises
Jack knives (weighted is great)

Also, look into working your obliques. Oblique crunches own.

seems as if adding a few more calories to my diet has helped me out. as of this morning i am at 140 even. i think for now i won't be lifting anymore, but will continue cardio, and do basic workout routines at home (push ups/pull ups) just to keep toned, then when i finally get to where i want to be, get my ass back in the guy to bulk up a little.

Don't do that. Continue lifting. This is actually the first time I've ever dieted, doing cardio. Every other time, it's been pure lifting, and I've come out looking exactly like I want. There are THOUSANDS of studies showing that weight lifting alone, is far more beneficial to burning calories and dieting than cardio alone.

if you stop lifting you're going to go in the wrong direction...

and dude, how often do you weigh yourself...? seems like you're on the scale everyday... cut it out to once a week, at the same time every week...

Don't worry about it. I do the same thing. It doesn't bother me any because I understand that on my diet I am going to have a 1-3lb fluctuation day to day. Seeing this bothers some people and can effect their diet, workout, etc. But I have never been, so blah.

Yep, don't stop your weight lifting. If you are wanting to get tone, then that would be a terrible idea. It's not to the extreme as wind sprints. But weight lifting is doing something similar to your body on a lower scale. You are doing short bursts of high intensity cardio...sort of. And the muscle you are building is helping with your weight loss. Don't quote me here, but I think it's something like every 1lb of muscle you gain you burn off 3lbs of fat or something. But anyway, the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism is going to stay and in turn the more fat you burn.
Even if you drop down to basics, do three days a week. I'm not a big legs guy, but EW and Diesel would probably agree with at least 3 days: shoulders/back day, chest day, and a legs day. Work your cardio in post or do it on your non lifting days.

No. Shouldn't at all. I'm going to test this stuff to the max this month though. We'll see how it turns out. I know how I react to cheat days, and I'm guessing this will help tremendously. We shall see.

Dood, I screwed up so bad this weekend. First time in weeks I have messed up so bad, accept for a goodie or two over thanksgiving holidays.

Friday, I went out to a movie. Prior to the movie:
3 New Castles
6 Potatoe Skins

At Movie:
Reices Bites
Large Coke

Saturday ate good until the football games:

10 piece hot wings, small fries, ranch dip
Large Coke.

Sunday and today back on track.
Can't feel bad about it, just get back up on the wagon.

The next two weeks will be tough as I have finals and will be out of the house alot. Usually I just study at home and can more easily eat correctly every 2hrs.

Worst part is, this is my last two weeks before my girlfriend flies in from Australia and I don't want to be gaining weight back right when she is arriving.

I'm in Iraq and I have only missed two days in the gym in the last almost 3 months. I work out 7 days a week (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, repeat) with cardio every afternoon (about 3.5 miles). My bench has gone from about 190 to 255 and my squat has gone from 200 to 295. I can run the mile and a half (Air Force fitness test) in about 10 min and max out on push ups and sit ups (the limit for me is 55 pushups and 50 situps I think). I havent lost or gained weight. I'm not taking any supplements and no drastic dieting. I have lost about 3 inches on my waist and gained atleast 5 on my chest. I'm 5'9 and about 185 with a 32 inch waist. One thing we have done here is every hour we do push ups and sit ups. We started with 15 and we are at 35 now. It doesnt sound like much but it will kick your ass, especially after a hard chest workout. Im working 12 hour shifts so thats 420 pushups a day! Like I said, no drastic diet, trying to lay off the sweets, I have ice cream on sundays.

Strength is going down. Hmmmm. I think I'm going to add more fat to my diet. I haven't done a re-feed either this weekend so......that could be it. We'll see. I'm not worried about the strength aspect at all at the moment.

you're relly sucking in, in that side shot man...

hell i can see your ribcage...

cut the fuckign cardio already and start hitting the weights... your lean muscle mass is pretty weak, and you need to add some more to be able to burn more calories...

i can't stand when all people think is doing cardio alone = weight loss...

you shouldn't even be trying to lose anymore weight... start hitting the weights and cut the cardio for the rest of the year...

I have lost a TON of bodyfat. Lean mass as well, but there wasn't much left after all the time I took off. My knee is doing wonderful, which is the main thing, and I'm squating again, and doing deads. I can't wait to bulk in Jan-March. I should easily be back to where I was before the accident someday. :crosses fingers: I'm stoked.
