Congrats!!
I really like Cornell. New enough area so the homes don't have random shit breaking all the time. The only thing is lot size being small. There are enough parks around that you can just walk out to one.
Paying a premium for a coach house and renting it out and being a slum lord light isn't bad for cash flow either.
