Squat injury question

About half an hour ago I was doing squats. After the first rep at the top of my ascent I felt a sharp pain in my mid back. It feels like it is slightly left of center. It hurts to bend forward. I put ice on it and it's feeling a little better. What do you think I injured? Any idea what squat form issue this is a symptom of?

weights not important, you probably had a muscle spasm which happens from being dehydrated. Ice it as you already are, when you shower just run some hot water over that area, take some ibuprofen and stay out of the gym for a few days.

It was 220. My max 2 rep weight is 280.

Also I think I know what I did wrong. I remembered right before the pain I accidentally stood straight up.
