Started my cut this week...

Reached an average weight of 240.7 after 22 weeks on gear...

Gained about 30 pounds over that time...

Plan is to be a shredded cunt at no less than 200lbs... We'll see how it goes... I started my last prep at 214 and was shredded at just shy of 180, so I think it's possible...

I'll still continue to grow the first 8-10 weeks of this cut if my training and nutrition is on point...

Scale didn't do much of anything first 3 days this week, but is now starting to dip again...

Likely make a macro adjustment next week to keep the ball rolling...

Cutting while being joocy makes it difficult to gauge progress without taking pics... Strength keeps progressing, scale doesn't really move, so likely recomping...

Hoping to hit 227.0 later this week, and lost 1.5 off my average for the week...

Went kinda half retard last Sunday after a 2lb increase from Saturday to Sunday on my weigh in pissed me off... ended up going up to 232.5 Monday morning...

On track to hit a new low (<227.3) by tomorrow though... my average will end up being essentially the same as last week, but if I hit a new low this week, I'll be setup for a really good week next week...

Did ZERO cardio this week... fuck cardio...

Haven't change anything this week really but weight is just falling off...

Hit 224.2 this morning which I found very odd... my upper body training has been suffering a bit due to this injury I'm working through so i'm kinda worried I could be losing some LBM... Today could have just been an anomaly too...

I did crush legs yesterday and had a decent upper body day today and didn't feel "weak" so I'll just keep rolling for now... hopefully the injury continues to progress and I can get back to 100% training again...

Started this week off at 225.2 and really feel I should be seeing 223's later this week...

that 224.4 weigh in was definitely an anomaly last week, as the next few weigh in's were low 225's which is about what I expected...

Heart rate typically 75-80 of max heart rate, but I can't seem to keep my HR under 175 on the step mill...

I can do 300 cals in about 15 minutes...

Thanks Drew... it's definitely been an eye opening experience... Glad I gave it a go, and waited as long as I did...

I would never recommend a younger person jumping on gear, but if you've essentially exhausted your natty potential and are 30+, preferably 35+, and you do your research I would say go for it...

Even on a test only cycle, you'll see a huge difference in short time, assuming you aren't getting some bunk gear... Best case scenario go see your doc, and get a script for trt... seems ereone is doing it now... lol

Hit a low of 219.0 Saturday morning but had a refeed yesterday (loose) prolly had around 550-600 carbs and didn't do cardio yesterday...

Weight today was 220.0 but I'm down 3.0 exactly on my average this week...

Shooting for 6 cardio sessions next week and cutting macros to about 55/380/270... Should get me another 3lb loss this week...

am going to keep cardio the same next week, but am going to cut about 40 carbs out of my daily intake...

macros will be about 55/350/270...

will drop fats to probably 45-48 the following week when my isolate arrives... right now i'm getting about 12g fat from my whey alone which is too fucking much at this point...

You can see more striations in the shoulder at 217... but it would be better to see it side by side, vs having to scroll up and down...

But I imagine there's more of difference showing in my midsection and lower body... my arms / shoulders don't carry a ton of fat, which always gives me a false sense of "i'm not that fat" when i'm bulking... lol

Blew up my macros over the weekend...

Had a planned carb refeed Saturday but instead of 600, i decided 800 was better... still kept fats at 65...

Sunday I went off the reservation a bit... had like 90f and 650c...

Weight didn't do much, but definitely look "softer" or not as sharp...

Sitting at 217.9 this morning, but am back on my macros and will fucking hit 215 by end of the week or I will quit this shit...

Definitely fell off the wagon 2 weeks ago... Had some company paid training and I went a little berserk on the desert carys every fucking day... Went from 214 to 241 in about 6 days...

Worked my way back down to 223 and then went hog wild this weekend again and went back to 232... I'm back on the wagon again this week and hopefully can get down to 220 by the end of the week...

Still looking to cut to 210 and see how it looks...

It's crazy how the body stores water... Almost disgusting actually... I literally had pockets of water on my upper thighs that I could visually see...

Just remember bros you never lose a fat cell once you create it... It's always there and can fill up with water like nobody's business... Lol

a fat cell can only fill with so much before the body says hey we need more storage thus you create more and store more fat and that's how you become obese. If you become a ripped kent after being a fat bastard you have the potential to blow up super fast because you've laid the groundwork.

I didn't eat enough calories to gain 20+ lbs of fat... Of the weight I gained in that week, I'd guess 3-5 of it was fat stored... Rest is water... As you become leaner and leaner, overloading your body (especially if you're on gear) with calories is going to lead to water weight gains...

Depression era stats here were used IIRC and other famine events.

Started this week at 241.1, hit 230.2 this morning...

Down 10.9lbs on the week... should certainly be back in the 220's tomorrow and be on track to be back to Shreddsville by my birthday in July...

Figured I'd update this as i'm still "cutting" but yo-yo like a mother fucker...

Am currently 232 AM weight right now, looking to get to 225...

Strength is still progressing as I hit a 325 incline Friday last week, and am going to shoot for a 330 this week...

Been running a cruise dose of test (125mg e3d) for last 5 weeks so can't really complain about anything whilst on cruise dose and still gaining strength...

well, i'm still trying to cut down to 220ish, before i blow the fuck up starting in September...

230.5 this AM... should be in 220's tomorrow, and keep rolling for the next 3 weeks... don't want to start my bulk as a fatty...

goal for bulk will be 250+, but will lay that out in a new thread...

Staying huge i think is less exhausting than getting shredded, but there's drawbacks to both, cause after awhile you get sick of shoveling calories in your mouth...

So I think I've officially decided cutting season is over for me, and it's time to get nuts and shoot for 260+ now...

I pulled 495 yesterday and have hit a 340 incline press within the last month... For not deadlifting in a long time to pull a 495 in my 2nd week back at it, I ain't even mad at that... Was a PR, so that's a great starting point for me...

Looking to destroy those numbers over the next 3-4 months...

Will make a new thread with my new training block and details of this off season...

Honestly I haven't trained my training "much" aside from a bit more frequency... I've never been a high volume kinda guy...

BUT, I am about to increase my volume over the next training block, and see how that makes me progress, plus adding new drugs...
