What should I pay for this?

A buddy is going through a divorce and is offering me some equipment. He won't name a price, he just said I could take it and pay him whatever. I'm not going to rawfish him. I have:
6x 45lb bumper plates
2x 25lb bumper plates
2x 10lb bumper plates
1 flat bench, not sure of brand but it's in good shape and is built solid
1 Olympic barbell in great shape
1 Airdyne bike in need of a pedal
I really want to make a fair offer. All the gear is in great shape, missing pedal not withstanding.
