Back in the gym after a 4mo break. Allergies! Update in op

So in october i had to stop because of terrible headaches. Sure enough stayed away did the doctor stuff and along the journey found out that my milk allergy from when i was really young has returned.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Back in the gym and now the diet will slowly come around expect this time no dairy or any product with whey/milk protein.

Needless to say i am less than thrilled. Whats the goto for me now on my protien shakes? I had been using Controlled Labs ProNom23 but alas thats not going to fly anymore. I have searched a little bit but nothing is sticking out.

Thanks essai's

Decided after a few weeks of eating my protien that i didnt want to keep binge eating when i got home from the gym, nor did i want to prep 5 meals a day.
So i went with ISOPURE Zero Carb. Chose to go with the strawberry cream one first and like the flavor. To me it tastes like the strawberry cream hard candys.
Digests easy and doesnt make me feel like a turd. Will report in a few weeks or month from now so see how it goes.

I've had Pea Protein before (when LG made it) it was pretty good. Tasted minty. I've never had soy or beef.

just eat your protein then... and you don't need 1g/lb of bodyweight...

I used to take that in the early 90's. It was a not-so-tasty strawberry, IIRC. I had no clue (wasn't looking, for that matter) that it was still around.

Vegans do hemp protein. No experience with it doe. Lower protein per serving than whey, but supposedly less gassy (which would be nice).

Every kind of powder in the 90s tasted like ass.

1.5g/kg of body weight unless cutting on low carb(then you need more)

eat your protein.
