Who is it and why? For me it's probably Mikko Salo, the winner of the 2009 Crossfit games. Dude is like 5'9 and 175lbs but he's an absolute monster. He pulled 495lbs on deadlift ladder right after a 4 mile trail run at the 2009 games. Link is here. Here's a video of him doing the "King Kong" workout, which is a 20 minute amrap (as many rounds as possible) of: 1 deadlift @ 455lbs 2 muscle ups 3 squat cleans @ 250lbs 4 handstand pushups He got 11 rounds. And here he is with Graham Holberg, 2010 Games winner, doing 5 power snatches @ 135 for 50 reps. It's cool to watch Graham totally run out of gas near the end and he seems totally unaffected, lol. So who is your fitness idol? |

I'm guessing we're talking about athletic accomplishments and not physical appearance then? For me, no one. |
