To add on to window cleaners.....

windex is an amonia based formula, and will eat thru your tinted windows if used a lot on the inside. I like to use Invisible Glass (Black bottle, yellow cap) and newspaper.

Re: **Show and Shine FAQ Thread**

With that being said, there are some WIndex formulas that are ammonia free, but even those suck.

Stoners Invisible Glass for the windows and the cheapest paper towels you can find. No dyes or addatives that make them soft which causes them to streak. Think of why people use newspaper to clean windows.

does newspaper seriously work better than a paper towel?

Yes, it does not tear as easy, and does not leave any lint. Diapers work well too, but theyre expensive.

For glass, I use Sprayway which is a really foamy soapy glass cleaner, which works really well for eating bugs and even sap, and follow it with Stoner's invisible glass, which gets rid of all the soap and always leaves a streak-free shine

I use Oreck Glass & Mirror cleaner on my windows. I swear by it, but I've never used some of the other recommended cleaners.
