PNG to vector help

I have 2 images that need to be converted to a 1 color(white) vector art images. I need them converted so i can have t-shirts and sweatshirts made for my company.
Does anyone have the software to do this? I've tried to do it with Inkscape, but can't get all of the color to change to white

What does the image look like? Illustrator would be my choice.

Those are really detailed images. To be honest, I don't think they will areas well in one color. I would have just drawn them from scratch if they were simple, but I don't have the time for that. Sorry

This would be a poor vector, honestly. Illustrator is the program of choice to create vector images.
