Question about MFA adjustments

So the 70D has MFA which is great, but it's got two adjustment settings on it. I've scoured Google, photo forums, etc and still can't find the answer I'm looking for. Should I be making the same adjustment for both?

This is the MFA tutorial I have been using. If someone can suggest better, I'm all ears.

The first adjustment is for the wide end of the lens (70mm)

The second is for the tele end of the lens (200mm)

They will likely not be the same.

So say 70-135mm Wide, 135-200mm Tele?

I've watched the DotTune vid a few times.
