Two audio players?

I was cleaning out my car the other day and noticed that in addition to the cd player that i have in the dash i had the stock cassette player underneath the driver seat. I was going to take it out then noticed it was still wired, i turned the key and the cassette player underneath my seat lights up and you can see the screen display? WTF is up with that?

Haha, wtf. Someone loves their cassettes. I've never seen that.

IIRC you had to keep the stock unit hooked up in the 97 to retain the power door locks
