She paid it and saw the damage when she got home. Told her to go and talk to the manager. Even if they didn't damage the valve stem, that was clearly a rip off. She went back and someone said they will get back to her. |

Not sure in details. She just said she took it to the dealer because she couldn't take the metal valve cap off, and that's how much they charged. and found out it was all torn when she got home. I don't think she knew she got ripped off until she sent me the message. She just thought it took xx amount of time to get the work done and thats the labor she had to pay. |
