Holy shit..... Doesn't matter what time this happened, but that is dangerous and bold. If caught, they should never be allowed to drive again.

considering our weak ass traffic laws only focuses on cash grab - and the fact that people still don't get life time ban for convicted DUIs; I doubt they'd do anything about this.
