How is the lag with the turbos? Always been my pet peeve.

How about when you punch it from let's say 100km/h, how fast is the tranny at downshifting?

Lag should be ok since it's a sequential setup with a small and large turbo. His tranny has been flashed so I'm sure it's better on downshift. From what I remember it was ok, but nothing crazy fast stock wise.

sequential turbo setups still have a pretty noticeable lag, at least to me.

There's a bit of lag, but I've been driving diesels so long I think I'm programmed to ignore it, lol.

Tranny is worlds better now that it's been flashed. On the highway it just gets up and goes. It's gotta be in S mode though, in this revision of the tranny tune D is basically for economy. It will quick shift and you'll be in 6th in no time. Kinda annoying to be honest.

I have to do stage 1 with the S4, should get me in the high 12's. Can't decide on the tune, and as you know the prices are ridiculous, like $1,200+

Yeah it seems the more expensive the car, the more expensive the tune, lol. I think my custom tune for my TDI was $350

With 6k I could do a set of hybrids, retune and meth. 450whp and some stupid torque numbers, lol. Maybe one day.
