You should be able to control just the blower on the furnace. I know I can with my Nest. |

Ya, you can keep it on heat, but just turn down the temp. So heat at 22C but fan on just means blower runs circulating air without kicking in the heat until it drops below 22C. |

All thermostats should have a "fan" setting. That's all you do, Fan "on" and that's it. I have a nest and I run the fun during mid peak and then again after on peak times. Doesn't really do much in the way of dropping temps, but it helps control humidity and circulate the air. |
