Stop Your Bitching v. Hydro Rates

Basically the CEO of Toronto Hydro is telling the public to stop their bitching about Hydro rates. He feels that people are piling on or jumping on the Wynn-bashing bandwagon. He made a comparison to Water rates which have increased more than Hydro … um, last I checked Water bills were much more manageable. Enjoy your million dollar salary and your $1.6M pension you asshat.
