Yup, FSCO allowed a rate increase. PAFCO policy holders are gonna get it hard

Pretty sure when I was with PAFCO it was when I was on facility insurance. Man those years sucked.

This is normal, they're review rates yearly. The major companies shouldn't have any big swings. Pafco is facility if I remember correctly.
I'd be more worried about the boat insurance, companies will try and swindle the recent weather patterns as a means to raise the rates.

Because I had 3 accidents between ages 16 and 20.
