No, he isn't just "another" black man. he's a black man with an "extensive and varied criminal record".
According to Quigley’s ruling, Ohenhen had an “extensive and varied” criminal record that involves drug trafficking offenses and firearms possession. He “plainly admitted” to dealing drugs, Quigley said.

IF the drugs were "planted", that's horrible. the legal system run-around was also horrible. getting a loaded gun from a criminal, off the street, not so horrible.
